Al Haktur IT Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Assistant to join our finance department in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining financial records and updating accounting systems.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor daily transactions.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and summaries.
- Maintain organized financial documentation and filing systems.
- Support VAT documentation and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial information.
- Assist the finance team with audits and administrative tasks when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting support roles.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
