Al Haktur IT Solutions is seeking a dedicated and safety-focused HSE Officer to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who can ensure workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance while promoting a safe and productive working environment within a fast-paced IT solutions company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits.
- Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety regulations.
- Conduct safety training sessions and awareness programs for employees.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss events and prepare reports.
- Monitor the proper use of safety equipment and protective measures.
- Maintain HSE documentation, records, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and safety drills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HSE roles.
- Knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations and standards.
- HSE certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and training abilities.
- Ability to handle safety responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail.
