This role is ideal for a professional who can handle customer inquiries efficiently, provide excellent support, and maintain strong client relationships within a fast-paced IT solutions environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information about company services and solutions.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Record customer interactions and update information in the system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
  • Follow up with clients regarding pending requests or service updates.
  • Prepare customer service reports and feedback summaries.
  • Ensure professional communication and service standards at all times.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or client support roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer support systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
