Al Haktur IT Solutions is seeking a skilled Storekeeper to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of all stock-related activities. Job Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate receipt of shipments.
Inspect incoming goods to meet quality standards and specifications.
Maintain detailed records of stock movements, including receipts, issues, and returns.
Organize storage space efficiently, optimizing layout and maintaining an organized warehouse.
Ensure proper labeling and storage conditions for various products.
Allocate tasks to staff and monitor their performance.
Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy, including managing batch and expiry information.
Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse performance.
Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for operational improvement.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all warehouse operations.
Supervise and train storekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or warehouse operations, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Proficiency in English and an Asian language.
Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office, with the ability to think analytically and strategically.
