The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them politely and well-spokenly. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).


  • Serve as the first point of contact for the company and expected always to promote the professional image of the company.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, providing necessary information courteously and accurately while being mindful of confidentiality and data protection.
  • Sort and distribute daily posts, deliveries, and couriers efficiently.
  • Utilize the meeting room booking tool to manage reservations effectively, resolving conflicts promptly.
  • Ensure the reception / front desk area is organized, and presentable at all times to create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and staff.


  • Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication both in Arabic and English language.
  • Excellent customer service mindset and has ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritization skills to meet daily deliverables
  • Preferably Emirati national candidates
