The ideal candidate should have a valid UAE driving license, excellent knowledge of Dubai roads, and a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport company staff, clients, and visitors to designated locations.
- Deliver and collect documents, packages, and office supplies as required.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned transportation tasks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of company vehicles.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance requirements.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Follow UAE traffic laws and company driving policies at all times.
- Assist with basic administrative and office support tasks when required.
- Coordinate with office staff regarding transportation schedules and deliveries.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of transported documents and materials.
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as an office driver, company driver, or similar role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
- Clean driving record and strong commitment to road safety.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours when necessary.
