📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, applications, and equipment.
- Monitor and manage system performance, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Respond to user queries and resolve issues efficiently within agreed SLAs.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining IT policies, procedures, and security measures.
- Support network administration including firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Perform system backups, updates, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar IT role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking protocols.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and system administration.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, printers, and other peripherals.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA A+/Network+) are a plus.
