The ideal candidate will support the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards across all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing and maintaining HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Support risk assessments and incident investigations, preparing accurate reports and recommendations.
- Maintain up-to-date records of safety audits, training sessions, and incident logs.
- Coordinate and assist in HSE training programs for employees and contractors.
- Monitor and report on workplace safety performance and environmental impact.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols.
- Assist in emergency preparedness planning and safety drills.
- Collaborate with department heads to promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HSE or a similar role.
- Knowledge of UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
