As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. You will work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs, post job openings, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
Ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees and maintaining up-to-date records of HR documentation will be part of your key responsibilities. You will also assist in conducting employee engagement initiatives, managing leave and attendance records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the IT or tech industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools are essential for this position.
