Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank statements.
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions by processing invoices and receipts.
- Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Assist in managing company budgets and monitoring expenses.
- Help with VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations.
- Maintain organized documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments and billing queries.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a finance or accounting support role.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and UAE tax regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
- Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially.
