Al Haktur IT Solutions is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in communication, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service to clients across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and technical support.
  • Manage customer complaints, follow up on issues, and ensure effective resolution.
  • Maintain customer records, update databases, and process service-related requests.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as technical support, sales, and operations to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
  • Prepare reports on customer interactions and highlight areas of improvement.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining a friendly and supportive approach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service (experience in the IT field is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle customer concerns professionally.
