To strengthen our team in Dubai, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant who can support day-to-day office tasks and ensure seamless administrative processes.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management and staff.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and assist in organizing company events.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment requirements.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other office documents.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for staff when required.
  • Support HR and finance departments with basic clerical tasks.
  • Greet visitors and ensure a professional office environment at all times.

✅ Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Professional, well-presented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are an advantage.
