Al Haktur IT Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Office Coordination: Manage and organize office operations, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and overall office appearance.
  2. Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and redirect them to the appropriate person or department.
  3. Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and records as required.
  5. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed.
  6. Data Entry: Accurate and timely data entry for various administrative tasks.
  7. Support to Teams: Assist different teams within the organization with administrative tasks and special projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
