Are you an experienced accountant with a passion for financial management and real estate? Join our dynamic team at Al Haktur IT Solutions in Dubai, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our financial operations, particularly in property sales, rentals, and holiday homes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Manage daily accounting tasks, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and ledger entries. Prepare financial statements, monitor cash flow, and manage budgets.
Property & Rental Accounting: Oversee accounts for property sales, rentals, and holiday homes. Reconcile rental income and generate monthly owner statements.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to local tax laws and VAT regulations. Prepare tax returns and assist in audits.
Client & Vendor Relations: Address accounting issues with property owners, tenants, and vendors. Handle financial inquiries and ensure precise billing.
System & Process Improvement: Maintain accounting systems and identify opportunities for enhancing processes.
Team Collaboration: Align financial operations with business objectives and support decision-making in real estate and holiday home management.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting, preferably within real estate and holiday homes.
Proficiency in accounting software and other relevant tools used in the Holiday Home industry.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
