Al Haktur IT Solutions is seeking a professional, reliable, and safety-conscious Personal Driver to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an experienced driver with excellent knowledge of Dubai roads and a strong commitment to punctuality, confidentiality, and customer service. The successful candidate will provide safe and efficient transportation for company executives while ensuring the assigned vehicle is maintained in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport company executives to business meetings, offices, airports, and other assigned destinations.
- Plan efficient travel routes to avoid traffic delays and ensure timely arrivals.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in clean, presentable, and roadworthy condition at all times.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or repair requirements promptly.
- Monitor fuel levels, servicing schedules, insurance, and vehicle registration renewals.
- Follow all UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Assist with delivering confidential documents and business-related packages when required.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Ensure complete confidentiality regarding executive travel schedules and company information.
- Support administrative or office-related errands as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License.
- Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience in Dubai, preferably as a Personal or Executive Driver.
- Excellent knowledge of Dubai roads, traffic regulations, and GPS navigation systems.
- Clean driving record with a strong commitment to safe driving practices.
- Good communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Professional appearance, courteous attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings when required.
