Al Haktur IT Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our finance and administrative team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a responsible individual who can manage daily financial transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism and efficiency within a fast-paced IT services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately.
- Issue receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations to customers and clients.
- Maintain and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Record financial transactions in the system with proper documentation.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for daily cash reconciliation.
- Ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.
- Assist customers with billing and payment-related inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Report any discrepancies or irregularities to management immediately.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting or finance is an advantage.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Cashier or in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and cash handling procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and billing software.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle transactions efficiently.
