Al Haktur IT Solutions is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our technical team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a technology-driven professional who can provide reliable technical support, maintain IT systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for clients and internal teams within a fast-growing IT solutions company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently.
- Manage user accounts, email configurations, and system access permissions.
- Support server maintenance and ensure proper system updates.
- Maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure information security.
- Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and troubleshooting processes.
- Coordinate with external vendors for advanced technical support when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with firewalls, antivirus software, and backup systems.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and user account management.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
