Al Haktur IT Solutions is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while supporting daily administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Manage the reception area and maintain a tidy workspace
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
  • Maintain visitor logs and security procedures
  • Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
  • Support different departments with documentation and coordination
  • Manage office supplies and reception-related inventory

Requirements and Skills:

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries politely and efficiently
