Al Haktur IT Solutions, a fast-growing IT and services company in Dubai, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate logistics operations related to IT equipment, materials, and services. This role is ideal for a professional who can ensure smooth movement, storage, and delivery of resources while supporting operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the movement, delivery, and storage of IT equipment and office materials
- Plan and monitor logistics schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries
- Liaise with vendors, transport providers, and internal teams for smooth operations
- Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, delivery notes, and inventory records
- Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams
- Handle returns, replacements, and damaged goods efficiently
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE logistics regulations
- Identify process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in IT or service industries
- Strong understanding of logistics coordination, inventory control, and vendor management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics/inventory software
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and a proactive working approach
