Al Haktur IT Solutions is looking for a well-organized and proactive Admin Assistant to support daily office operations at our Dubai branch. This role is ideal for someone who can multitask efficiently, coordinate administrative activities, and contribute to maintaining a smooth and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and front-desk coordination with professionalism.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and assist in organizing company events.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and office inventories.
- Assist various departments with administrative and clerical tasks as required.
- Support HR with document processing, staff coordination, and onboarding activities.
- Prepare reports, letters, and presentations using MS Office tools.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and liaise with vendors for procurement.
- Handle courier arrangements, travel bookings, and basic financial entries.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar role (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general office equipment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Professional, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
