Al Haktur IT Solutions is looking for a responsible and customer-focused Cashier to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who can efficiently manage transactions, maintain financial accuracy, and deliver excellent service to clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily cash, card, and online transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Issue receipts, invoices, and maintain proper transaction records.
  • Reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Assist the accounts team with payment processing and documentation.
  • Maintain financial logs, petty cash records, and daily sales reports.
  • Answer customer queries related to billing, payments, or receipts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments for invoice verification and payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and client data.
  • Support administrative tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in accounting or finance is an advantage.
  • Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar financial role.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, billing software, and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
