Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Monitor company budgets, expenses, and cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Assist in preparing forecasts, audits, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial planning with operational goals.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Support management in strategic financial decision-making and performance analysis.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in financial management or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
