You will play a key role in supporting our business operations by managing and organizing data efficiently.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
🖥️ Accurately enter data into internal databases and systems
🖥️ Review and verify entered data for accuracy and completeness
🖥️ Maintain records of activities and completed work
🖥️ Respond to information requests and retrieve data as required
🖥️ Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
🖥️ Coordinate with team members to resolve discrepancies in data
🖥️ Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
🔹 Requirements
✔ High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management preferred
✔ Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
✔ Excellent typing speed with high accuracy
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
✔ Must be currently based in Dubai and ready for immediate joining
