Al Haktur IT Solutions, a leading provider of innovative technology services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with UAE labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR management system regularly.
- Coordinate performance evaluations, training programs, and employee development initiatives.
- Support internal communication, staff engagement, and organizational development activities.
- Liaise with government authorities regarding visa processing, labor permits, and compliance matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
