Al Haktur IT Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team in Dubai. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships, this role offers a great opportunity to grow in a dynamic tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide product and service information to clients, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Log and track customer queries using internal CRM systems.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure problems are resolved effectively.
  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams to address customer needs and feedback.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients by providing guidance and support during the initial setup.
  • Suggest improvements to customer service processes for increased efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle complaints with professionalism.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
